Every piece is packed in-house and shipped by UPS or USPS, selected by item size, weight, value, packaging, and destination.

• Free US shipping: Orders over $500 ship free unless a listing says otherwise.
• Standard paid rates: Mailing tubes and standard boxed or framed art are usually $20.
• Large or heavy rates: Ornate framed art, oversized works, and heavy figurines are usually $50.
• Dispatch: Most orders leave within 1–2 business days after cleared payment.
• Tracking: UPS or USPS tracking is emailed when the label is created.
• Signature: Signature may be required for high-value, framed, oversized, or risk-sensitive shipments.
• International: UPS or USPS where available; buyer is responsible for duties, VAT, import taxes, customs fees, and destination-country requirements.

Eligible pieces may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Returns must arrive back in the same condition received and include all documentation, COA records, signed paperwork, blockchain certificate references, NFC materials, labels, accessories, and included packaging.

• Return shipping: Free on eligible pieces $500 and above. For eligible pieces under $500, an $18 return-label fee may be deducted from the refund.
• Damage or gallery error: If the return is due to our error or verified transit damage, we cover return shipping and insurance.
• Inspection: Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and condition review clears.
• Final sale: Custom-framed pieces, commissions, special-order works, authentication services, advisory fees, digital certificate services, and items marked Final Sale may be non-returnable.

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the work before unpacking further, then email hi@gauntlet.gallery within 48 hours. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. We help manage the UPS or USPS insurance process and work with you on repair, replacement, or refund options where applicable.
