Shipping & Returns — Gauntlet Gallery

Free standard shipping on orders over $500 within the United States only. U.S. orders of $500 or less and international orders have shipping charges shown at checkout. The free-shipping offer does not apply to international destinations or upgraded delivery services.

Processing and tracking

Most orders leave the gallery within 1–2 business days after cleared payment. Packing requirements for large, framed, or fragile pieces may require additional handling time. Tracking is emailed when the shipping label is created. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and selected service.

Rates and destinations

Available services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. International shipping is charged separately. International buyers are responsible for duties, VAT, import taxes, customs fees, and destination-country requirements. We cannot undervalue customs declarations or mark purchases as gifts.

Packaging and delivery

Pieces are packed for their size, material, and fragility. Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value or sensitive shipments. Check your delivery address before ordering and keep the packaging until you have inspected your piece.

Damage or delivery problems

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the exterior packaging, the packed item, and the damage. Keep all packaging and email info@gauntlet.gallery within 48 hours with your order number. We will help manage the carrier claim and the appropriate repair, replacement, or refund options.

Eligible pieces may be returned within 15 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Returns must arrive back in the same condition received and include all documentation, COA records, signed paperwork, blockchain certificate references, NFC materials, labels, accessories, and included packaging.

• Return shipping: Free return shipping on eligible U.S. orders over $500 (excludes international). For eligible U.S. orders of $500 or less, an $18 return-label fee is deducted from the refund. International return-shipping costs are confirmed when the return is authorized.
• Damage or gallery error: If the return is due to our error or verified transit damage, we cover return shipping and insurance.
• Inspection: Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and condition review clears.
• Final sale: Custom-framed pieces, commissions, special-order works, authentication services, advisory fees, digital certificate services, and items marked Final Sale may be non-returnable.

We help manage the UPS or USPS insurance process and work with you on repair, replacement, or refund options where applicable.
