Shipping & Returns

Every piece is packed in-house and shipped fully insured for the declared value. Prints ship in rigid flat mailers with acid-free tissue or in heavy-duty archival tubes depending on size. Framed and three-dimensional pieces ship in custom-cut foam inside double-walled crates with corner protection.

• Dispatch: 1–2 business days from order.
• Domestic (US): 2–5 business days via UPS Ground or Air.
• International: 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs. Buyer is responsible for import duties and VAT.
• Tracking: Emailed the moment the label is printed.
• Signature on delivery: Required on pieces over $500.
• Bay Area concierge hand-delivery: Available on request for pieces over $2,500. Email hi@gauntlet.gallery.

We want you certain about every work you bring into your collection. If an eligible piece arrives and isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.

• Pieces must arrive back in original condition with all documentation — COA, signed papers, and blockchain certificate intact.
• Buyer covers return shipping and insurance for the full purchase value unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged. Original outbound shipping is not refunded.
• Refunds issue within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned work.
• Custom-framed pieces, commissioned works, and items marked Final Sale are non-returnable.

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the work before unpacking further, and email hi@gauntlet.gallery within 48 hours. We file the UPS insurance claim and make it right — replacement, repair, or full refund, your choice.
