What Data We Collect
When you browse or purchase from Gauntlet Gallery, we may collect:

Processing your purchase, arranging shipping, handling returns, and communicating about your order. Required to complete any transaction.

Sending promotional emails about new listings, authentication updates, and collector content. Opt-in — unsubscribe anytime using the link in any marketing email.
Analytics and site improvement
Understanding how buyers navigate the site and which listings receive attention. Shopify provides anonymized aggregated analytics for this purpose.
Fraud prevention and security
Detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions and unauthorized access. This processing is in our mutual interest and is not subject to opt-out.
Third-Party Data Sharing
Gauntlet Gallery operates on the Shopify platform. Shopify processes transaction data as a service provider under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
We share data with:
- Shopify — platform and payment processing
- UPS — shipping and delivery
- Email service providers — transactional and marketing email delivery
- Analytics tools — aggregated, anonymized browsing data
No data is shared with data brokers, advertising networks, or third parties who would use it to build profiles about you for resale.
