Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Policy
We want you to love the piece. If you don't, return it. No restocking fee, no attitude.
1. The 14-Day Window
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return on any eligible piece, for any reason — fit, wall color, second-guessing, anything. No questions, no judgment.
2. COA Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee
If you ever believe a piece is not authentic, do not use the 14-day return. Instead, invoke our COA Guarantee, which provides a 100% refund plus a 10% premium for the life of your ownership — no time limit.
3. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, the piece must return in the same condition it left us:
- No creases, fingerprints, frame scratches, or edge damage
- Physical COA, hangtag, and original packaging materials included
- Blockchain COA transferred back to our custody wallet (one-click link in your return email)
If the piece arrives with buyer-caused damage (creases, stains, sun fade, frame damage), we email you a condition assessment with photos and offer two options: accept a partial refund proportional to the damage, or have the piece shipped back to you at your cost.
If the piece is damaged in return transit, we file the carrier claim — you are not penalized for carrier mishandling.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@gauntlet.gallery with your order number and a one-line reason.
- We send a prepaid, insured UPS return label within 1 business day.
- Repack the piece in its original materials (archival sleeve, backing, rigid mailer, COA, hangtags).
- Drop at any UPS location.
- We inspect on receipt (2–3 business days) and refund to your original payment method.
Return shipping is free on pieces $500 and above. On pieces under $500, an $18 return-label fee is deducted from the refund.

We issue the refund the same business day we inspect the returned piece. The time to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank.
6. Damage in Transit
If the piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening, photograph the damage, and email info@gauntlet.gallery within 48 hours. We file the carrier claim and either ship a replacement piece or issue a full refund within 7 business days — you choose.
7. Gift Returns
Gift recipients can return to store credit (full order value, no fee) or to the original purchaser's payment method (requires purchaser consent). Email info@gauntlet.gallery with the order number or recipient email.
8. Categories Sold
Gauntlet Gallery sells authenticated pieces across the following categories, each governed by our COA Guarantee:
- Open editions (prints, posters)
- Limited editions (numbered, signed, or stamped)
- Framed pieces
- BE@RBRICK and collectible figures
- Signed music and space memorabilia
