Love You Live BE@RBRICK: where Warhol and the Stones meet

October 18, 2026

The Love You Live BE@RBRICK title connects Andy Warhol and the Rolling Stones in one named product. It can therefore fit an artist-led collection or a music-led collection without needing to be renamed for either audience.

The useful collecting question is which documented configuration you want. Medicom announced a mixed-size set and a separate 1000% figure under the same crossover title.

Preserve the complete crossover

The 100% and 400% announcement specifies approximately 70 and 280 mm figures and a ¥13,200 tax-included quote. The 1000% announcement specifies approximately 700 mm and a ¥63,800 tax-included quote. Both carry May 2023 planned release/shipping wording.

Those sources establish the named product association and original purchase terms. They do not establish an autograph, a unique Warhol artwork, or a signed Rolling Stones collectible. Any additional signature or provenance claim on a resale item needs its own documentation.

Keep “Love You Live” with the two names in your notes. Searching for “Rolling Stones bear” may be convenient, but it is a broader inquiry than identifying this specific crossover release.

Choose the collecting route before the size

An album-led collection can use the named title as its organizing rule. An artist-reference collection can place the same release beside other Warhol-related products. A complete crossover-format collection might pursue both announcements.

Those are personal boundaries. Owning the mixed-size set does not mean you own the separate 1000% release, and buying the larger figure does not complete a three-size manufacturer package. Record each documented configuration independently.

The set detail and large-figure detail in the BE@RBRICK Master Index make that separation easy to preserve. Save the exact link rather than relying on a screenshot cropped to the artist name.

Give music memorabilia its correct description

A music-themed manufactured figure can be a satisfying part of a music collection without being stage-used, band-owned, or personally handled by the musicians. Describe the relationship the source supports. The named crossover is a concrete association on its own.

If you write about the album artwork’s history, verify that history through an appropriate primary source. The product page names Love You Live, but it does not provide a full account of the original artwork’s creation or subsequent ownership.

For an offered set, ask whether both nominal sizes are included. For the 1000%, obtain actual measurements and packaging information before arranging a display. The source height is approximate, and a percentage designation is not a complete installation specification.

Use the original quotes to document the announcements. A current purchase comparison needs the seller’s actual contents and condition, with any shipping or other quoted charges. Do not allocate the mixed-size set price to the two components as though those were official standalone prices.

The strongest collection label can remain straightforward: the complete crossover title, the documented configuration, and the source. It tells an art collector and a music collector why the figure belongs in the conversation without adding a history the evidence has not supplied.
