BE@RBRICK & Designer Figures FAQ

Common questions about authenticating, buying, and collecting BE@RBRICK, KAWS Companions, and other premium designer figures.

Authentication & Buying
Is every BE@RBRICK at Gauntlet Gallery authenticated?

Yes. Every BE@RBRICK sold by Gauntlet Gallery is inspected using the gallery’s multi-factor authentication protocol — foot stamps, construction quality, packaging integrity, and QR code verification for newer releases that carry them. We document our inspection process and stand behind every piece.

Can I get a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Every BE@RBRICK sold by Gauntlet Gallery can be accompanied by a COA blockchain-verified Certificate of Authenticity on request. The COA creates a permanent on-chain record verifiable on the blockchain.

Do you buy BE@RBRICK collections?

Yes. Gauntlet Gallery buys individual grail BE@RBRICK pieces and full collections. Contact the gallery with photos including foot stamps and box base — the gallery will assess and provide an offer. We move quickly on significant pieces.

Shipping & Damage
What shipping method do you use for figures?

Gauntlet Gallery ships primarily via UPS. 400% figures ship double-boxed with foam padding. 1000% figures ship via freight-grade oversized carton with fully insured tracking. Every shipment includes appropriate insurance for full replacement value.

What if the figure arrives damaged?

All Gauntlet Gallery shipments are insured. Photograph the box on arrival before opening. Contact Gauntlet Gallery within 48 hours with photos of any damage and the gallery will begin the claims and resolution process immediately. Do not discard any original packaging — it’s needed for the insurance claim.
