What shipping method do you use?
Gauntlet Gallery ships primarily via UPS. 400% figures ship double-boxed. 1000% figures ship via freight-grade oversized carton with fully insured tracking.
Do you buy BE@RBRICK collections?
Yes. Gauntlet Gallery buys individual grail BE@RBRICK pieces and full collections. Contact the gallery with photos including foot stamps and box base, and Gauntlet Gallery will assess and provide an offer.
What if the figure arrives damaged?
All Gauntlet Gallery shipments are insured. Buyers should photograph the box on arrival before opening. Contact Gauntlet Gallery within 48 hours with photos of any damage and the gallery will begin the insurance claim process immediately.
Can I get a Certificate of Authenticity?
