Death NYC — The Studio

Death NYC emerged from the downtown New York City scene in 2012, fusing pop-culture iconography with street art aesthetics in signed, numbered limited editions. The studio's signature technique — overlaying familiar figures from film, music, and advertising with subversive dark commentary — has built a global collector base across Europe, Asia, and North America. Works are produced in small editions of 30–100 copies, each hand-signed by the artist and accompanied by an embossed gold security COA.

Gold-Seal Certificate of Authenticity

Every legitimate Death NYC print carries: (1) artist's hand-signature directly on the print, (2) individual edition number (e.g., 23/50), and (3) an embossed gold security COA card — the embossing is raised texture, never flat-printed. Gauntlet Gallery provides additional third-party authentication documentation with all Death NYC acquisitions. If a seller cannot produce all three elements, treat as high-risk.

Collector Price Tiers

• Entry ($200–$600): Standard editions on primary market. Best starting point with strong secondary market support.
